When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and what you tell us about your property.

We also count visits to this website using Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool run by our web provider. It sets no cookies and records the page visited, the site you came from, your browser, device type and approximate country. It does not store your IP address and doesn't identify you.

We use your enquiry details only to reply to you, discuss your property and prepare a quote or proposal. We don't add you to mailing lists and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.

Visit counts help us understand which pages are useful. They can't be used to identify you.

Our website, enquiry handling and visit statistics are run for us by our web provider, Aurek Systems, a Canberra software company. Your enquiry is emailed to us and a copy is kept in a secure database so it can't be lost. Only Styled On Point can see your enquiry in our account.

To keep spam out, the enquiry form is checked by Cloudflare's security service when you submit it. We may also get a text message alert when a new enquiry arrives. These providers only process what they need to do those jobs.

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out any work you engage us for, and meet record-keeping requirements. Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted once they're no longer needed.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond as soon as we can.
